Our Booking Process

Fill out an enquiry form with your details and a rough idea of what you're thinking for your holiday, whether it's a package or our customised itineraries. We will then send you a short questionnaire to fill out so we can gain more of an idea of your plans.

Personal Call

As part of being a personal travel concierge we need to get to know a bit about you and what your expectations are so we can design the perfect holiday for you. In a 20 minute zoom or phone call we discuss things such as budget, what sort of accommodation you prefer, what you like doing on your holidays and any not to be missed adventures.

You can confirm at this time if you'd like to work together or if you'd like some time to think it over - up to you.

Confirm

For our customised itineraries we require a 20% deposit so we can get started on the designing. Once the itinerary is complete we will send you an invoice requesting the balance and your itinerary will be sent to you for your approval.

Once approved all bookings will be made by us, confirmations and a final updated itinerary will be emailed to you prior to your holiday. Payments for these bookings are via Direct deposit to Every Element or Credit card details.

After this point we are available for any help or questions at any time.

For our packages we confirm all the components and pricing with you and make any changes that you'd like. Payment via direct deposit is 50% of the per person cost which can be paid as a single amount or individually by each person - whatever is easiest for you. The balance is due 1 month before you leave on your getaway.
