Designed for easy indoor/outdoor entertaining, the spacious open plan lounge and dining area flows to a covered wrap around entertaining deck and fabulous covered north and east facing decks to soak up the 240 degree ocean views across Narrawallee Beach north to Green Island and Point Perpendicular and south towards Mollymook Beach.

Downstairs you will find another lounge/games room that opens to a salt water pool and a sun soaked entertaining area, making this property the perfect family getaway.
