The accommodation:
Enjoy a wonerful getaway in Eloura, a stylish, modern three-bedroom beach house, located only moments away from the beautiful Greenfield Beach. The house also has lovely decks and outdoor areas, in a secluded location amongst lovely native trees and gardens.
Elouera is located at the southern end of Vincentia in a lovely bush reserve setting. The house is an easy ten-minute walk to Blenheim Beach or Greenfield Beach, and only a 20-minute walk to Hyams Beach.
Each of the three large bedrooms have their own designer bathrooms and the upstairs street level offers a perfect open plan living with high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass doors.
There is a modern kitchen with high-grade appliances, and serving window to the front entertaining deck and a large living area with a rumpus/TV room.
The large decked entertaining area at the front of the house with BBQ and outdoor dining table under a large gumtree is perfect to relax under. The north-facing deck leading out from the living provides partial water views. Accessed via the downstairs living is a paved patio and secret garden area.
