The Accommodation:

The beautiful La Belle Vallee is on 58 acres of beautiful land that over looks the village of Kangaroo Valley and is an easy walk into the centre of town.
The home has been lovingly designed and built by the owners and offers a family escape or space for friends to spend quality time together. The house is well equipped for groups of 12 including kids and everything you need for entertaining and sharing.
The home has burnished concrete floors throughout including 2 kitchens and separate living spaces. The main kitchen is equipped with large oven all the equipment you need to cook that special meal as well as a built in coffee machine! Along with 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath tubs and 2 ensuite shower rooms.
To keep everyone entertained there’s a pool table, well equipped gym and the outdoor pool is heated. Perfect for the cooler months!
There is also a great outdoor entertaining area that is under cover for any inclement weather which houses a table seating 12, BBQ, built in fireplace and lounge area. Pizza Oven and a fire pit located near by.
For the Winter months there is a main fireplace and a second log burner in the guest wing.
The home has been beautifully styled to compliment the design of the home and the colours of the surrounding area. The views and sunsets will not disappoint.
Take time to bush walk around the property and meet the local wildlife, ducks, kangaroos, wombats and echidnas. Please do note that there are 2 dams on the property. We have some farm animals on the property, including a flock of around 70 sheep & lambs plus some chickens & 2 goats. Their names are Ruby & Coco!
We will consider small intimate elopements for groups no larger than 12 guests, please do contact us directly to discuss further.

For smaller groups of up to 4, our Guest House is available for dates within the next 4 weeks. . The guest house when taken alone, features 2 king bedrooms, one with an ensuite + a main bathroom which has the most beautiful stone tub, kitchen with large oven, lounge area with a log burner and an undercover outdoor dining space. Guests will also have access to the gym, heated pool, firepit and all other external areas of the home and property.
Unwind in front of the fire or watch the sun setting. Go for long walks or take in some retail therapy.
