The Accommodation:
Shepherd's Lea in Bowral offers the best of town and country. The house is a beautiful architect -designed house with style and comfort, full of light and lots of luxury inclusions. The oversized formal living area has a cosy gas fireplace and gorgeous picture windows, with views over the paddocks outside.
Relax in the large open plan kitchen-dining-living area that flows seamlessly to a sunbathed BBQ courtyard and another separate sunny deck.The spacious stainless steel kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine.
There’s also a separate cottage with a queen bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room with underfloor heating. The cute split barn doors are a throwback to its original life as the stables. It’s well set up with a kitchenette so anyone staying there can choose to be self-sufficient or join the rest of the guests in the main house.
For everyone’s comfort there is a ducted reverse cycle central heating in the house, individual heaters in the cottage. For the children there’s a cubby house and set of swings at the rear of the yard and a table tennis table in the garage.
Shepherd's Lea is in the perfect location on the outskirts of Bowral and is walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants and only a short drive to the local wineries.
