Whispering Pines is a gorgeous rural retreat with the house and pool overlooking cattle paddocks and beautiful distant hills. The house features fantastic indoor - outdoor entertaining areas, large bedrooms and wrap around verandahs.
There is a modern farm style kitchen, and the living/dining area is spacious, open plan, light and airy. There is a dining table to seat 12, large wrap around couch, remote control gas fireplace and a hallway nook with a library of books.
It’s perfect for large family gatherings, groups of friends or a girls getaway. Relax in the beautiful pool or cosy up around the firepit.
Whispering Pines is set on 20 lush level acres. Green lawns surround the saltwater pool. There is an entertaining area with two sun loungers, outdoor table, umbrella and BBQ.
Located about 8 minutes south of Berry and 6 minutes from Seven Mile Beach in Gerroa you’re close to local restaurants as well as a stunning beach.
