The Zenith is a gorgeous and modern designer home with magnificent harbour
and treetop views. It’s only 5 mins drive to Nelson Bay’s town centre and marina
and close to all the attractions and activities Port Stephens has to offer.
Backing onto Tomaree National Park and its walking trails, the home is
just a short stroll to the Shoal Bay Country Club and beaches.
The Zenith is a sprawling, two-storey holiday home. On the top level is the stylish
and spacious open plan living areas, a lounge room, dining room and fully
equipped gourmet kitchen. The living rooms flow out onto a massive, undercover
balcony where you can immerse yourself in the views of Shoal Bay beach,
the glistening blue water of the harbour and the surrounding hinterland.
The balcony has a dining table, outdoor lounge and day bed and a BBQ .
