Bluewater Splendour, the ultimate 3 level luxurious beach home, is the perfect holiday duplex for all the family, and friends. A brand new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with amazing views, and with features such as a lift, a heated infinity pool and ducted air conditioning, to name a few. The large duplex accommodates up to 14 (10 adults maximum).
All three covered outdoor balconies have comfortable furniture, a gas BBQ and boast great water views, with the top balcony off the living area having the wow factor of 180 degree views over Salamander Bay, Tea Gardens and Hawkes Nest.
There are three living areas with beautiful furniture and large screen TVs in each, free Wi-Fi and Foxtel and the duplex has ducted air conditioning throughout. The kitchen has everything that you would expect from a luxury home.
